- 250 gms Boneless chicken
- 1/2 cup Yoghurt
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 2 tbsp Cheese
- 1 tsp each ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Kasoori methi
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- to taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- 2 tbsp Oil

Steps to make to make Chicken Malai Tikka
- Marinate the chicken pieces with the above ingredients except cornflour & oil and mix them well.
- Keep it for marination for atleast 1hr.
- After marination,add oil & cornflour and mix well.
- Now pierce chicken cubes one by one in skewer,chicken is nicely marinated so it will pierce easily.
- Heat a pan,brush ¹/² tbsp butter & spread on it.
- Add chicken pieces immediately to avoid burning of butter.(do not overcrowd the pan)
- Cover the lid and cook on high flame for 2 mins.After 2 mins,flip it.
- Simmer the flame & cook it for another 5 mins.
- After 5 mins,open the lid & cook it on high flame till all the water gets dry.
- Now heat a charcoal until it's red in colour.Place the coal in a steel glass & put it in the pan.Pour oil over it.
- Let it be covered for 2 mins.After 2 mins, remove the lid & serve the tikka with mint chutney.
