- Next add olive oil, then onions, meat, serrano and bell pepper into the pan. Cook until the onions turn translucent.

- Heat a medium sized pan over medium heat. In a bowl, add your eggs and whisk until smooth. Add some oregano, salt & pepper and pour into the pan with some butter. TIP: Pull the cooked portions of egg towards the middle of the pan and tip the pan to allow the uncooked portions to fill the newly emptied area.
